This structure is newly renovated and just celebrated its 100th year at Brooklyn. For larger wedding parties, the glass-walled Palm House can accommodate 125 - 250 seated guests comfortably. With the exception of LACMA and Descanso Gardens, those venues are now under contract with new food providers. With three venues within Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Patina Events has the perfect backdrop for every celebration from your engagement party to reception. At its peak, the company provided food service for the Music Center, LACMA, MOCA, Descanso Gardens and the Hollywood Bowl. Patina - which Splichal and CEO Nick Valenti sold to food service giant Delaware North in 2014 - has long dominated the food catering business for L.A.'s cultural centers.
