![]() ![]() He quickly got one of the nail techs over to correct the original wrong. I said okay and that we would not pay for her manicure services. I politely told him that was unacceptable and to please fix it. I told the owner in which the standard reply, "it short, it shape of nail". When it was completed and she was under the dryer, I asked to see and she showed me her nails. My sister went on to have her French manicure. It was an overall disappointment we were really looking forward to being pampered and having an amazing pedicure. The pedicures were poor, leaving skin on heels and not triming cuticles. 4 adults and 1, 7 year old went in yesterday for mani/pedi and one change of color on toes. I won't be going back here.I will be posting photos Read Less (I've been trying different ones since I just moved out here a few months ago) I am incredibly frustrated that I have to go pay more money to get the problem fixed that they created and didn't bother to fix when I pointed it out. I paid less than that when I got my full set 2 weeks ago at a different nail salon in the area. If I had known that before I sat down I would have NEVER agreed to that. It is $30 for a refill without color change. I have never been charged that much for a refill (with color change) and shape change before in my life. I will now have to go somewhere else to have them fix this issue because it wasn't addressed when I mentioned it when I was there. Here is my problem my nails have bubbles all in them, the matte top coat did not cover the bubbles and the matte doesn't even look matte. I pointed it out and she said that it would go away once the top coat is put on. I have lots and lots of bubbles on several of my nails. However my nails are not really looking as nice. The lady that did my nails was really nice. I picked a color, told her the shape and that I wanted it matte. I went in to get a refill (with color change) and a shape change (the last place I went did not do the shape correctly). I am more than disappointed with my experience today. I will not be returning and I would not recommend this nail salon. I refuse to spend my hard-earned money where I am not respected. Even though the technicians never said or did anything to my face that was disrespectful, I'm still not interested in patronizing a business that looks at me as being "dirty" or not good enough. I am a very hygienic person and I didn't waste, spill, or drop anything on the spa chair, so clearly their intentions were malicious and racist. I'm black, so I was very offended by this. There were other customers that left before I did and I didn't see anyone spray or disinfect their chairs. The technicians seemed to be mostly friendly and courteous, but during my most recent visit, one of the technicians started spraying and disinfecting the spa chair I was in as soon as I finished getting my pedicure. I've gotten a full set of nails at least three times at this nail shop and each time my nails started lifting within a week and a half. ![]() This craftsmanship and customer service at this nail salon is horrible. ![]()
